Our Mission

MISSION STATEMENT

In partnership with the University of Gondar, to assist the people in Kossoye, the surrounding area, and Ethiopia at large in their efforts to improve health, lifelong learning, and food security.

STRATEGIES
  • Community led development which integrates health, education, and agriculture
  • Lifelong learning from infancy through old age
  • Reflective study of action programs
  • Periodic publications of progress and results
 METHODS
  • Community discussions, small group skill training and interaction, workshops for health workers and school teachers
  • Dramas, poetry, festivals, and demonstration gardens
